After over a month the product still works fine. I'm switching between a Windows 10 desktop and a docked Windows 10 laptop both with dual HDMI screens.I have used it dual booted on the desktop to Linux and assume it works, but have not run it that way very much.Overall it works with few issues, and no deal breakers.Documentation is accurate. Gaming keyboards and mice have issues just like they said.Problems:* Gaming devices don't work well just like documentation says the might. Cheap "gaming" keyboard has to be plugged into hub ports kvm. SteelSeries Rival 3 I tried wedged mouse input through the KVM completely, requiring completely powering off of the kvm to unwedge mouse input. Rival 3 worked plugged into usb hub ports, but would need more testing to make sure there were no issues.* FreeSync dynamic refresh doesn't work and can't be enabled, but the monitor still works without that. This is expected due to how a kvm switch works. They emulates a monitor telling each computer what it supports, then forwarding that negotiated connection to the real monitors as needed (all monitors cables are actually two way connections to negotiate refresh support, resolution, FreeSync/G-Sync, CEC, etc. even the old VGA standard does this).* Has crashed a few times and beep on switching gets turned back on. Annoying but only have gaming keyboards handy so haven't bothered to try to get it turned off again.* KVM cables to the computers seem touchy or something. Keyboard and/or mouse would disconnect if I bumped the cables when I first set it up. This might have been because I did not initially have the kvm power plugged in, or because I not longer move anything after setup.Pluses:* Cheap* Works* Switching is quick* double click scrollwheel switching is more useful than I expected.* remote switch is a huge help since I put the KVM behind everything.* surprising number of settings are available, requires non-gaming keyboard to access.Documentation is accurate, and I have not had any need to contact support. If you have a non-gaming keyboard, or can manage to keep a gaming keyboard working with the kvm long enough, there are quite a few settings you can access. Turn off the beep, change the autoswitching on and off, switch with either the keyboard or the mouse, etc. The kvm will work without plugging in it's power. With the power plugged in it seems more reliable and stable. Not having power plugged in might have been the issue with keyboard and mouse disconnected when first setup and bumping the cables. At least some of the occasions the kvm crashed were likely because of power not being plugged in.
