I bought this monitor to assist when working from the road because my work laptop is only 15 inches, making the one screen very inefficient. There were only a few options for attachable monitors out there and I wanted one that would not make me stick magnets onto the back of my laptop.The little monitor grips firmly to my laptop lid, and comes with a small, adjustable support to mount to the back.The monitor image is clear, albiet a little small. It has some basic brightness, contrast, blue light features, accessed by the misleading labeled Power Button. Also has audio, although I changed the setting to output audio from my laptop since it's louder. My laptop battery typically runs for 4 hrs. With the monitor attached full-time, it was about 3 hours and 20 minutes (of course this depends on screen brightness, etc)Monitor comes in a nice bag. I wish it was padded or had a side with a hard insert because as-is, it does not protect the screen from potential impacts. Also there is no safe way to store the adjustable support mount in the bag that will keep it from potentially damaging the monitor. I dislike having to store is separately.My two complaints are A) ports for the cables should have come from the bottom. Having them off to the side means you need more space clearance. They were constantly bumped, like when I worked from the passenger side seat of a car. B) as shown in the picture of the excel spreadsheet, the content on the left edge of the screen is slightly cut off. I contacted customer service (very courteous and prompt) who said this is a result of manufacturing and to play with display ratio, which didn't help because there are only 2 options.I recommend these two things be considered in the next update of the design as well as considering making the screen larger. The monitor had about 1 inch of black plastic which, as a user, would be more useful if it was part of the screen.There were one or two options of comparable attachable monitors with slightly bigger screens but I decided to keep this one because, aside from being pricey, I felt they may be too heavy for my desired probability.I have a 13 inch Lenovo and work from home. It was getting difficult to travel and work with 1 screen. I just got this to try out how it would work with a portable screen and its a game changer. Personally, I have tried this out in my office at home and it's working great. I have a trip coming up in 2nd week of June and I am very excited to take this screen with me. It's going to make my life so much easier. For anyone that needs something compact and easy to use for travel, I would recommend.Needed a 2nd screen for my laptop when I'm not at my desk. The set up out the box was very easy and I was able to get it up and running within minutes. Really opened up my ability to be away from my main work from home set up and to be able to relax in other areas of the house. I shopped around and compared pricing against other monitors and this by far was the best bang for the buck. You will not be disappointed!This is a great travel monitor if you need extra screen space while working remotelyI bought this for my business trip in which I would’t have my desktop setup and this was the perfect travel monitor. It fits perfectly only my 13 inch Macbook and provided enough extra screen space for me while I was on my trip.Its also pretty compact and can fit in my laptop bag comfortablyThe resolution is good enough to work, it is bright and the text is pretty crispOverall a great deal if you need an extra monitor when working on a tripOne day a week I continue to work from the home, and I use to work with two monitors in the office. This extended monitor is my time saver. Very easy to install. Use with Mac. Adjustable brightness. The screen has good contrast and vivid color. Doesn't need a lot of space on the desk, a tiny screen. Well protected when it's folded, but I use laptop sleeve to keep it safe.I am very glad that I am bought it.I have had no problems with this monitor, and it works fineFits easily in my carry on for business trips. A little heavy, but so worth it for a second monitor. Love that all the cords you might need are included.I love the simplicity of adding the monitor to the laptop. The monitor attaches to the laptop with ease making the laptop very useful. Quality of the picture on the monitor is superior.
