I got this box to replace my son's Win10 device. The delivery was quick and without issue. On connecting the device it was pretty easy to setup. There was an initial issue where the device shipped with Windows 11 22H2 (now unsupported). There was a QR code on the side of the box that gave me a link to support. The support engineer was fantastic and gave me links to downloads and YouTube instructions on how to resolve this. All working fantastic.
