This is a wonderful solution for today's technical software engineer or others with multiple computers and two monitors. I've tried numerous solutions and this is by far the best.It worked great out of the box. It has a nice wired remote control that sits nicely next to my keyboard -- after all, the box itself is at the juncture of 10 heavy HDMI cables (or DisplayPort, if you get that model) and four heavy USB cables, so the KVM switch can be placed out of site under the work surface, if desired.I've experienced two very minor issues:• One display for one of my computers (my work's Dell Laptop) is finicky about starting up if the computer has timed out and shut down awaiting a key press (from my Logitech wireless keyboard & mouse via their USB micro-receiver). I have to switch to one of the other computers and wake it up, then the problematic computer's display works fine. The other display for this computer works well as to both displays on my other three computers -- Windows, Linux, & Raspberry Pi (3, 4, & 5). All of the displays require 10 to 15 seconds to wake up after switching (most computers take that long to wake up after sleep, but this is even switching between active sessions on computers.• My wireless keyboard/mouse USB receiver occupies one of the three USB 3.0 ports that are switched between and to the selected computer. Unfortunately, if I plug in a USB flash drive, it disables my keyboard and mouse. I have yet to experiment enough to characterize and resolve this issue.Color me VERY happy.
